Excluded Land Land that is not eligible to be registered is identified on maps. Details of how to obtain these can be got from the Excluded Land page of the Scottish Executive's website. Please note their comment that each map available for download are large - over 8Mb.The definitions changed in October 2006 so check the maps to see if the changes affect you.
