Right now, I am looking to buy a new house, and due to cashing in on a few smart investments I made, I have the money to afford a quite luxurious house at this point in time. I have lived in my current house for a long time now, I think it has been close to twenty years, and I really want to move again before I get too old. Last year I bought my house in a nice neighborhood, where colleyville luxury homes are very popular and many people dream of living in the area. We bought an incredibly beautiful home after looking at carmel valley real estate ads. We really liked the area, and we decided it was where we wanted to live. Our new home is exactly what we wanted. It is extraordinary from the moment you pull into the huge red brick driveway. There is a large stone fountain at the end of the driveway close to the four car garage. The fountain area is landscaped with palms, small trees and native plants.
Inside, the house has huge rooms with floor to ceiling windows that look out over the mountains. Out back is a big covered patio that steps down to the pool deck. All of it is paved in various shades of red brick. It contrasts nicely with the blue water of the pool. Inside the ceilings are high with exposed beams. (more…)
A couple of years ago I got married. I loved the married life and so did my husband. We were ready to take the next step in our lives and buy our first house. We had lived in my apartment since we got ready and we were quickly outgrowing it and wanted more space. Since we wanted to start a family soon, we knew moving to a house was the best choice.

We have been wanting to move to Encinitas for a long time. There are some really beautiful homes up there. We wanted a home on the beach with a grand ocean view. Our plan was to see if we had any overlap of favorites. We did! We both picked out several of the exact same homes for sale in Encinitas. For the ones that differed, it was because we had not seen them yet.

I want to purchase a house for my family in the near future, because I am very tired of having my family live in an apartment that is too small for the amount of members in my family. I finally got the promotion at my job that I have been seeking for the last few years, and as such, I think that it is the perfect time to buy a house in Sedona. As such, I am hoping to start looking for houses and sedona real estate in the near future. A lot of it really depends on how much the houses on the market right now are going for. I am not sure that I have a whole lot of money to spend on a house and I need to make this decision carefully.
A friend of mine was showing me some pictures of a house for sale in Manhattan Beach, in fact it is within walking distance of the pier and I like that idea pretty good. I love to hang out on the beach and even though I have a girlfriend I do not mind looking at other girls on the beach so long as I do not get caught. I have been retired for awhile, and I have a good bit of money invested that I am not able to touch due to the conditions of my late husband’s will. I had intended to live off of the interest of those investments, but the amount of money invested has been reduced a great bit as a result of the financial crisis in this country a couple of years back. Further, interest rates seem to be rather low at this point in time. A couple of years before my grandfather died he made a swap with a friend of his. He gave him a really nice old Cadillac, although it was in need of restoration along with a couple thousand dollars. In exchange he got an acre and a half of land down the street from where he lived. He knew that I was planning to build a house and wanted to see his great grandson easily. I finally have the money and I am trying to learn the construction codes governing the building of new homes in our county.
