Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003
Part 2 Community Right to Buy

Welcome to the site that is designed to help communities across Scotland exercise their rights under the Land Reform (Scotland) Act through the provision of independent advice and support. This initiative is being taken by the Caledonia Centre for Social Development under its Land Programme and managed by Andy Wightman, a Director of Caledonia and one of Scotland's leading authorities on the topic of landownership and land reform.

A priority in the immediate future is to promote the Land Reform Act to those who could benefit from it and to provide what assistance and help we can in exercising your rights under the Act.
